B&P has welcomed Chelsie Cook, a Private Client Solicitor, to its team of experienced Staffordshire solicitors.

Chelsie has joined the Wills and Probate department, where she will be advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including the drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, and Court of Protection applications.

She will be based at our Leek office, offering friendly, professional legal support to clients across Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.

Chelsie’s experience in private client law

After completing a Law degree at the University of Derby in 2013, Chelsie went on to achieve the Legal Practice Course at the University of Staffordshire in 2014.

She began their legal career as an assistant in the Wills and Probate team, gaining valuable hands-on experience and progressing to qualification as a solicitor. Over the past few years, Chelsie has worked at a Shropshire-based firm and is now delighted to be back assisting clients closer to home.

Chelsie was attracted to Bowcock & Pursaill by its relaxed yet professional culture, describing the firm as having a “non-corporate, high street feel” while maintaining the highest standards of legal service.

Outside of the office, Chelsie is an active member of their local CrossFit gym and enjoys keeping fit. She also love spending quality time with their young daughter, enjoying plenty of family day trips and adventures together.

For friendly and professional advice on Wills, Probate, or Powers of Attorney, contact Chelsie at Bowcock & Pursaill today.
