Leek Office – Full-time legal secretary
We are seeking a full-time legal secretary with previous experience of conveyancing, wills, probate, tax, trusts and estates work to assist fee earners at our Leek Office.
The successful candidate must have previous legal secretarial experience, have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent spelling and grammar, good typing speeds and a professional telephone manner with an ability to use IT.
Suitable applicants should be able to work on their own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team.
Experience of maintaining routine billing, use of billing guides and financial records, and an ability to prepare and closely assisting with all aspects of the bill production process and experience of a case management system is an advantage.
The successful applicant will be required to provide assistance to partners and fee earners during the absence of other secretaries within a team, as and when required.
The position is full–time with working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Festival Park Office – Legal secretary with litigation experience
We are also recruiting for a legal secretary with previous experience in Litigation to work at our Festival Park Office.
Applicants must have previous legal secretarial experience including audio typing, have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent spelling and grammar, good typing speeds, a professional telephone manner and an ability to use IT.
Suitable applicants should be able to work on their own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team.
