Our Private Client team provides clear, practical advice on Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.

We offer fixed-fee pricing wherever possible, depending on the complexity of your requirements.

We provide clear, fixed pricing for the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Where a Deed of Revocation is required, this will be charged at £100 plus VAT if carried out as part of an ongoing matter, or at our hourly rate if undertaken as a standalone piece of work.
Please note that registration fees payable to the Office of the Public Guardian are not included in our fees.

Court of Protection matters can vary significantly depending on the circumstances involved.
Our fees for Court of Protection applications typically start from £1,204 plus VAT. Additional work may be charged at hourly rates depending on the complexity of the matter.

Each estate is different, and the cost of probate work depends on the nature and complexity of the estate.
For obtaining a Grant of Probate only, our fees start from £750 plus VAT. In addition, there is a court fee of £300 plus £1.50 for each additional copy of the Grant.
Where an Inheritance Tax return (IHT400) is required, our fees for this work start from £1,000 plus VAT, in addition to other probate costs.
For full estate administration, fees are typically charged at our hourly rates plus VAT, although in some cases a fixed fee may be agreed depending on the size and complexity of the estate.
