Joy has considerable experience in the property sector, having originally completed a degree in Estate Management before becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She subsequently completed a law conversion course at Staffordshire University in 2009 to become a solicitor specialising in property matters for clients.
Using her local knowledge and expertise, Joy takes a proactive and practical approach for her clients, many of whom she has worked with over several years thanks to her ability to deliver successful outcomes for them. Her broad knowledge of the sector means Joy is able to provide clients with the best independent advice, and she has a particular interest in landlord and tenant matters.
