Lisa Cogger

Associate Solicitor

Lisa is a family solicitor specialising in divorce and relationship breakdown and holds a strong reputation for being a recognised and well respected specialist in financial settlements throughout Staffordshire.

Lisa provides a sensitive and thorough approach in representing clients subject to emotionally difficult circumstances, thereby gaining an insight into their personal situations.

As a member of Resolution, Lisa is committed to their Code of Conduct and handles cases in a conciliatory manner but strives to provide clients with the best possible advice and represent their interests robustly to achieve a fair and reasonable settlement.

Lisa is also qualified as a Collaborative Family Lawyer, a process which offers a non-confrontational approach to dealing with divorce and other areas of family law without having to go to court. The whole process is led by the client and involves a series of four-way meetings where both solicitors and their clients are present and work together to find a fair and mutually acceptable solution without the threat of court proceedings.
