Wills
We have considerable experience in the preparation of Wills. Sometimes clients do not make a Will, because they cannot make up their mind how they wish to leave their estate. We can explain what options are available, so as to provide a solution to their wishes. It is important at least to have a Will in place. It can be changed as time goes by to reflect different circumstances.
A Will needs to be prepared having regard to any potential liability to Inheritance Tax. We are very experienced in Tax Planning and can give you advice on how best to reduce or avoid Inheritance Tax. Please see our publication A Guide to Inheritance Tax
