Tim Wolley
Tim Wolley joined Bowcock & Pursaill in 2009 as head of litigation. He qualified as a solicitor in 1992 after studying Law with French. The first 8 years of his career were spent with a London West End firm where he became head of litigation and handled a wide range of commercial disputes specialising in intellectual property and media matters. He moved to the Stoke-on-Trent in 2000 and has continued to expand his litigation practice helping clients resolve a wide range of disputes.
He has handled complex High Court trials, injunctions and international arbitrations, but is also keen to represent the interests of individual clients in the local courts.
