Julia Brown
Julia joined Bowcock and Pursaill in 2009 after several years based with a firm in Cheshire. She is based in the Leek office and undertakes a wide variety of family work including divorce and financial settlement, contact and residence disputes relating to children and disputes involving co-habitants.
Julia qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and is also a qualified Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (qualified in 2005) and has over twelve years legal experience.
Julia is an active member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) which is a specialist family law association which proactively encourages an non-adversarial approach to the resolution for family law issues.
Julia has been praised for her practical and sensitive approach, and says that she enjoys being able to provide advice, and practical solutions to her clients in what is often a difficult period of their lives
