Ian Naylor
Ian Naylor is head of the tax/trust department and specialises in advising on tax matters, in particular Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning. He has been responsible for the substantial increase in the size of the department in recent years and is often brought in by other solicitors and accountants to advise their clients on tax and estate planning.
Ian is also responsible for all the trusts which are administered by Bowcock & Pursaill, and frequently acts as a trustee. He also deals with the administration of estates and Wills.
